Interacted with hundreds of guests each day, earning several Four Keys awards for my involvement in solving real-time safety and efficiency issues.

Excelled in hotel computer management system (LMS), check-in, customer service, and hospitality at Disneyland Hotel.

Promoted by management from Front Desk Clerk to Lobby Greeter through a mentorship program and additional training.

Participated in volunteer events and educational sessions with cast members from wide-ranging experiential backgrounds.
