Hired by The Walt Disney Company for two separate Disney College Programs in live entertainment and hospitality, respectively.
The first was at Walt Disney World in 2015 as a cast member for the Operations division in Lake Buena Vista, FL. I was gradually tasked with multiple jobs throughout Epcot and interacted with hundreds of guests each day, earning several Four Keys awards for my involvement in solving real-time safety and efficiency issues.
The second hiring was in 2017 with Disneyland Resort Hotels in Anaheim, CA. Where I was promoted by management during the duration of the internship from Front Desk Clerk to Lobby Greeter through a mentorship program and additional training.
Participated in dozens of leadership seminars, volunteer events, and educational sessions with employees from a diverse set of experiential backgrounds.
