Hired by The Agency Group NYC to work as Office Assistant to their entire roster of talent agents. Responsibilities involved contract review and deposit tracking, calling promoters for finals, mail outs, phone correspondence, proofing offers, and issuing contracts. Additional duties included depositing checks, filling in for the receptionist, and screening calls for agents. Entrusted by Kate Vastano, former boss and current Human Resources Business Partner for United Talent Agency, to serve as temporary desk assistant to agents during absences, many that are now with UTA, a top three Hollywood agency, after an acquiring of The Agency Group in 2015.

Hired by Superfly Presents in New York City as the Original Content Intern and worked under the Original Programming Manager Maureen Wynne for Bonnaroo Music & Arts Festival 2014. Projects included the Bonnaroo Lineup Announcement Megathon on Xbox Live and the inaugural Bonnaroo’s Funkiest Dancer. Heavy involvement in pre-production led to additional weekend work onset with comedian Taran Killam and musician Ben Folds. At the end of the internship, I traveled to Manchester, TN with the Programming team to assist in onsite data management and social media content production for the festival.
Ruth Eckerd Hall | Programming/Development

Interned at Ruth Eckerd Hall for four years. Ruth Eckerd Hall is one of the nation’s leading mid-size venue and performances worked behind-the-scenes include comedians Jon Stewart and Jerry Seinfeld, several Broadway touring plays, and musical acts such as Tony Bennett and Ringo Starr. As the Entertainment Department’s sole Programming Intern, I reviewed contracts, kept up attendance databases and submitted reports to Billboard that led to our being ranked number one in the world for venues under 2,500 seats in 2009. Weekly administrative upkeep involved Pollstar, Outlook, Excel, and Word. I was hired back during my first summer at Northeastern University to assist within the Programming and Development departments simultaneously.
